Format
- Offensive Skills: Shooting, dodging, v-cuts
- Defensive: Checks, slides, footwork
- Face-off/Goalie: body positoning and skill work
- Team skills: Fast/slow breaks, clears and rides

Alex is a Summit High School Varsity Assistant Face-off Coach.
Alex is an 8th Grade Coach for Summit and Hilltopper Lacrosse Clubs.
Prior to coaching Alex played football and lacrosse at Syracuse University and lacrosse at Rutgers University Lacrosse as a face-off specialist

Alex will be leading a Hilltop Face Off Master Series targeting 3rd-12th grade players.
The model is a series of training sessions teaching the players how to approach the Face-Off position: warm-up routines, stance, different techniques to manage offensive and defensive situations.
